Actually, placing 60Hz power lines under ground is "worse" for the power
companies but also it gives them more reliable service to the costomers. =
It is
also asthetic looking in neighborhoods, where power is run underground. =
You
will notice that only "lower" voltages are run underground with the =
higher
voltages still run far up in the air. This has to due with cable losses =
due to
distributive capacitance. Since the dielectric properties of "earth" =
versus
"air" is quite different (earth being higher), long cable runs =
underground will
bleed off current into the earth.. instead of the air. So, instead of =
you getting
radiated from the air.. it bleeds into the earth. That is good for you =
and me...
Now the power companies still run 50kV or higher voltages 100's of feet
in the air. I believe they run 1kV from poles to underground, and to =
distribution
transformers that can serve upto 3 to 5 homes. I believe asthetics was =
the
driving force, as all utilities now are run underground (cable TV, =
Phone, Electric,
sewer, water.... and soon ATM for computers<g>).

Its interesting that in the USA few seem to care about the dangers =
of harsh, disharmonic electromagnetic fields, such as those generated by =
the HAARP project. It may have something to do with american =
conciousness which tends to be technologically orientated. I hear that =
if the frequency of the electricity was in the region of hundreds of =
millions of hertz a thin wire the size of a pencil could supply a city. =
It seems HAARP can beam power by 'non-local' means i.e. point to point =
without a spacial intermediatry. Scalar waves? Here in Ireland there is =
an awareness of the potential dangers of high powered fields. The =
national power company may have to put lines underground. Can anyone =
tell me what are the likely results of this. I certainly would not like =
to grow vegtables around that land.
As for universal frequencies, Val Valarian in his Matrix books =
and the Flower of Life people cite the wavelength of 7.236067977...
cms (over 4T hz) as the length that is the average of all measuments =
in this Universe. I must say it did little for me. Anyway, the lower =
octaves were dodgy, or was it the equipement?, ( I built it myself! ) =
the frequency originally is quite high, so if you are doing a Hans Jenny =
type experiment a big speaker will be needed. The OM signiture is =
considered too. Its dynamic so needs more analysis than the 7.2......
