Just a very short note.... EM energy in the permeability of free
space and far field has an intrinsic property of 377 ohms. So,
you will need thousands of volts/meter to create power densities
for which you maybe able to suck off some energy with antennas.

In the U.S. Navy... we have been working on UAV's that can be
remotely powered by beaming energy directly at the UAV in
flight... microwaves of course since we need directed energy.
There is also directed energy weapons.. which I am not allowed
to discuss here... that exists.
