made some observations that I can now answer better that I am now on the
list. My intial post was based on a theoretical situation which I have not
yet been able to produce. To be able to produce this effect I would have to
use two single phase generators synchroniously connected at 90 degree phase
angle. About 1500 dollars has been spent on this device but there are great
problems in its efficiency in delivery of generated signal . Apparently my
first recourse will be to try again using a 220 AC 5 horsepower mechanical
input. Now a lot of misunderstanding exists concerning how I am going to
make concurrent electric and magnetic fields from resonance. JWD noted
I don't see the correlation as we don't know how Tesla's circuit could
have been manipulating a signal so that it was thus phased (electrical
concurrent with magnetic fields).
It would be closer I think to Henry Moray where he used a special
diode that would capture all the energy in any incoming wave, both
positive and negative going.
That in turn ties in with the Avramenko plug used for single wire
transmission and which is basically two diodes, opposite each other
and which allow current to flow bidirectionally into a tuned circuit
from a tuned power supply.
Note in none of these is there indication that the electrical field is
concurrent with the magnetic field.
What I am proposing to experimentally do is to put two sets of coils in
series resonance from this double generator set up which also has to be
calibrated by oscilloscope to produce this 90 degree phasing. Now the first
problem of making electric and magnetic fields from electrical resonance
appear concurrent in time is then solved by using this special generator.
The next problem in my 40 % overunity proposal is to create a situation
where the two fields also can share the same space at right angles. In that
situation if charge movement occurs between electric field plates the
magnetic field will deflect it at 90 degrees to both the E and B fields
according to Lorentz force law. Now it may be my misunderstanding here but
if a single phase of resonance where put in these spatial conditions the
lorentz reaction would be a signal of twice the input frequency: and also if
the two E and B fields concurrently timed by this special binary generator
were to spatially interact the lorentz reaction would then not be an
oscillation but a pulse in one direction. In fact under these special
conditions gyroscopic spinning actions tend to explain things. A rapidly
changing electric field across a water sample should impart 360 degrees of
rotational freedom for dielectric stretch and spin in two dimensions; but
the magnetic field at right angles may also exert a force at right angles
to the spin so that the situation begins to look like a spin within a spin
with the gyroscopic precession appearing as the lorentz interaction.The
primary problems with what I have conveyed in this propostion is two if
not many fold. In the first place the water capacitor that would go in the
inside of the coil could never contain enough capacity to resonate with the
inductor at 60 hz, but it is entirely feasible at higher frequencies. Also
problematic is the fact that the lorentz force from this reaction only
occurs during actual charge movement between electric field plates, and the
dielectric spin only produces a momentary illusion of charge movement of
very short time duration and actual spatial distortion of molecule. But a
again a much higher frequency might show this Lorentz reaction by producing
a better illusion of charge movement. Now to make things complicated I then
applied a totally different idea or discovery if you will that I have named
the binary resonant system. Because I am using the same term binary in 3
different contexts I should immediately stop and clarify these so that
confusion regarding 180 degree phasing can be cleared up.
1) The term binary generator is so named because of its zero/one action.
Whenever one phase is delivering full power producing a full magnetic field
the other phase concurrently draws zero energy although it still contains
potential energy as an electric field. This generator creates the first
condition of fields sharing the same time. Additional manipulations are
necessary to create the second condition of being in the same time and
space. These manipulations can use the second idea(BRS) to make a possible
prototype. In this first idea both the potential and kinetic energies of
the TWO systems simultaneously increase and reach their maximum. Nothing is
being violated because the potential and kinetic energies of each phase
alone still add to a constant value as shown by conservation laws. HOWEVER
this new combination of allowing the fields to coexist in space should
produce a lorentz interaction producing 40 % more energy than contained in
each field alone IF the lorentz reaction could act in a maximum manner,which
is open to question.
2) The BRS system again takes it name from a binary action. When a series
resonant phase is made it can actually be made in exactly two combinations,
one of which is a mirror image of itself. This is called being 180 degrees
out of phase and the currents in two identically wound coils placed side by
side in this 180 phasing would then be going in opposite directions and
supposedly producing opposing magnetic effects. This gives the BRS system
scalar implications as Jerry noted but in fact I did not explore this
option at all and simply made the first improvement on the BRS system by
turning one of the coils around so that the whole system was in magnetic
agreement and not opposition( if this were necessary which was not the
case). By doing this the effective impedance of each coil can be increased
by mutual induction which in turn gives each coil a higher Q enabling a
higher resonant rise of voltage to occur on each side(8% in this model).
Now the resonant rise of voltage on each side is itself opposite. What
this means is that metal plates can be attached to the middle of the series
resonant circuits on both sides between the inductor and capacitor
connections which I refer to as the midpoint. I am being overly simplistic
here because some people may not understand my definition of an unobvious
potential existing at this midpoint. Whenever one plate becomes strongly
negative the other becomes strongly positive but when a load is placed
across these midpoints the voltage is exponentially reduced or is choked off
according to the resistance of the load.This is nothing more than a special
resonant choke circuit in which higher than input voltages can be made
across this load when the resistance is comparably high to that of the
internal resistance of the BRS circuit. If this source of voltage acted in
the conventional or obvious manner much more amperage would occur upon short
condition which in this case is choked off: hence the term unobvious
voltage. For anyone still not comprehending this schematic I have made a
Circuit Description on the second entree at BRS messageboard at
www.insidetheweb.com/mbs.cgi/mb124201 It is exactly the same as a full wave
rectifier in which identical coils replace the forward conducting diodes and
identical caps replace the reverse conduction diodes. This is exactly the
same as two LC series circuits placed in parallel with each one having
opposite connections to the branch.
3) It is found that when an arc is allowed to occur between these plates the
circuit forms a high frequency oscillation between a condition of maximum
impedance of parallel resonance and that of minimum impedance of series
resonance. In the case of using coils of high internal capacitance
containing thousands of winds it was found that this frequency far exceeds
that given by a quarter wavelength value. By using a BRS modification
shown as 2) and 3) each of the plates can then assume the function of an
inner and outer cylinder containing a water capacity between which can then
be placed in twice the area as formerly concieved of when only one coil
would be used for each phase of the binary generator. Also the high
frequencies enabled by the BRS arc gap oscillation should enable the lorentz
action to become greater. All of this is speculation of course but this is
the experimental consequences of being an inventor. I hope that progress can
be made and when any verification of this method is found I will post to the
list. It is probably significant that Jerry mentions a bidirectional current
which is exactly what occurs when a short is made across the BRS;one
inductive branch of a parallel resonant circiut shares the same path as a
capacitive branch, but each of these use the shared path in opposite
directions. Since each current itself is 180 out of phase in the parallel
resonant condition when they share the same pathway in opposition the
measured current is in unity at twice the value of either alone. Sincerly

That's my take on it. I'm not sure his theory would work. It seems
almost scalar in concept where a signal is 180 degree phase cancelled,
but its more like a phase shift.....hmmm...how would you do this in a
given EM wave so that the waves were coincident???
PS; I hope I have explained my idea without 180 degree confusion.
