ELFRAD: "near-lunar" signal data update and interesting new observation:
"You will notice that the .9 hz signal is not detectable on Saturdays or
Sundays. Even though the moon's distance is fairly close to the wavelength, the
data indicates there is no known relationship of the signal's wavelength and the
distance of the earth to the moon. The frequency of the unknown remains
constant with a center frequency of .9373 hz. This appears to be a controlled
signal transmitted from an unknown source at approximately the same time daily
except weekends."
