Ted,
I have archival footage (16mm) of the Tacoma Narrows bridge collapse.
I've wondered why I haven't heard it discussed more on knet.
I've heard the wind speed was under 15 mph.
Subtle application of external stimuli (low energy) induces resonance;
ultimately, in this case, destructive interference.
I'll mail it to you if you can get your hands on a projector.
