Hi Folks!

The following is a response from me to a friend after he read Mike's
Boson webpage and wondered if he had done any tests to verify the idea;
==================================
I think I asked Mike if he built something and I think he responded
yes....you know, years ago, I was talking with Leonard Dorsett (the
Super Steam guy) and mentioned an idea I'd been thinking about of late.

It involved the phenomenon of how frequency slows down or speeds up when
passing through a mass. The idea was to take different elements with
different opacities (can't think of the proper word right now), but put
them together ala T.T. Brown so that as a group of high frequency waves
come in, they are selectively slowed down as they are passed through
each mass. Ah, I believe it is the 'refractive index' of mass and that
doesn't apply ONLY to light.

The idea came to me from the book, 'Dweller on Two Planets' where the
comment is, 'light can be made to yield sound'.

I got to thinking if you collect several types of materials that when
combined would provide a gradient of 'refractive indexes'...all geared
so as to slow down the incoming high frequencies to ever lower
frequencies. This way you should be able to pull energy DIRECTLY by use
of this property, tapping into whatever level of frequency division you
wanted.

If the Aether truly is a spectrum (all indications to my view are this
is true), then you could directly produce magnetism, electricity,
gravity, light, heat, sound, physical vibration....depending on what the
majority input frequency range was and how well the 'cell' masses
refracted (slowed) those particular incoming frequencies.

Of course, we could also do this with a very high speed, dynamic,
adaptive phase conjugation system, possibly using Bill Fogals
superconducting transistors for the best rapid response....but that's
another story..<g>..

Now the trick is, taking light as an example, that if you shine light
through an optically refractive material, it slows down in passing,
however, when it EXITS, it speeds back up to near its original
frequency....

Anyway, the idea still bothers me and I think it has merit even now.

With T.T. Brown, he found several materials which were refractive to
gravity, particularly lead oxide and bismuth. He made 'cells' of these
where they were stacked together. I don't recall all the details but
there was a paper on producing heat using this method and one on
producing electricity from rocks.

There are of course rocks that produce electricity when compressed using
the piezo effect and there are rocks that when wetted produce
electricity because of dissimilar metals in the rock, separated by
elements that when wet become an electrolyte, thus you have 'rock
batteries'...<g>...as in the Welshman Adams device.

What I was getting at was that Mike is claiming that a series of
concentric shells can sequentially affect the incoming bosons to produce
a vacuum that appears to effect aether. That's why I was babbling about
refractive indexes.....concentric resonant chambers with different
refractive indexes by virtue of their size and frequency/phase
relationships...so there.....
