CSETI overunity update

I just heard on Art Bell's show that there's a snag in the story of the
overunity device that CSETI was going to reveal. During one of their tests,
it generated so much energy that it damaged some of its components. They
hope to have it repaired and tested in several weeks, and then go ahead with
their plans to submit it to outside groups for testing.
