You are hitting the nail on the head.

I am sure that is what makes Chancey Britten's patent work.
See Jims page for information.
Hubbart used 8 coils surrounding a heavy iron core wound with a coil plus a
motor connected to eight seperate fields in his motor. so motor and
receiver where tuned into each other
To start it an unintellgible direction but probably a voltage input on the
central core induced by a tunable capacitance. The dimension given should
give vital clues. I would not be at all surprised if the central coil was
in fact a glass enclosed coil in a vacuum.
Chancey Britten partly evacuated the tube making the tuning of the
remaining gas as a plasma more easily achievable.

Joe's cell creates a partial vacuum vortex surrounded by fast rotating what
ever.

A hurricane is a vast energy field created by a partial vaccuum in the centre.
The actual barometric pressure difference does not need to be great to
create horrific energies including lightning flashes of millions of volts.

Keep thinking man thou art switched on !!

Have written away to a self confessed ALIEN who says he has the answer to
it all including being able to travel 100 times faster than light!!
Will keep you posted. !!
