With every physical flow, there is a simultaneous counterpart in the
aetheric domain. One approach is to let the physical circuit periodically
complete itself, and siphon off the aetheric at the end of a reverse cycle.
The water cell literature I posted to you attempts to do this ... in a
fluid, charge-carrying medium. In effect, the greater momentum of the
physical flow is played off against the lesser one of the aetheric. It is a
kind of stored reciprocal action that accumulates and, eventually, supports
the physical flow. This is also the basis for water vortex devices. The
same imbalance between forces can be produced by certain shapes, in
particular Phi-ratioed ones.

A _balanced_ shape, such as a sphere or Platonic solid, will, on the other
hand, concentrate aether at its "neutral" center. This can also be tapped,
using a different principle. The force must be brought out using a material
with a non-linear response, and being in sympathetic resonance with the
field. The force may then be directly converted to a charge potential,
resulting in electron flow from the aforementioned material.
