Professor Jeffminko was teaching at the University of West Virginia, Wheeling, WVA.
Best I remember from ordering his book back 6 years ago is that it is available through
Star City Press which is in the Wheeling area. Also, the Tesla Society Book Store had
"Causality" in their stock. Please check this out first. This is in my opinion the best
primer on Maxwell's work that is available. I am digging through my data base for my
copy of the original treatise from the London Society. Norm
