Jerry,
the same day I was going to post on the idea of trading pmm -perpetual
motion machine- for ppm perpetual power machine, you posted a letter
with ppm in it. Dupont also has an add in scientific American(this
month) where they use ppm as in chemical ppm. Interesting as they show
the quarter wave theory, (ie resonence) in the background of their
image. My question- what is ppm?
