Hi again Jerry,
I don't know what to make of this but I'll let you
have it anyway. Since my last e-mail to you, I have
spoken to Tony Binns again and he assures me that
he does have a 3 foot wide model prototype of his
machine, safely under lock and key. He has still not
received his report from the Defence Evaluation
and Resource Agency on their findings following their
5 month study of his ideas. He tried to contact their
chief spokesman yesterday and was told he was away sick!
Tony is furious at this delay and plans to go public today
because Bill Clinton is in the UK for the G8 summit, along
with the world's press. I'll let you know of any further
developments.
