Patented Perkins O/U device?

Congratulations to Eugene Mallove and Jed Rothwell for finding and
testing an OU device that actually seems to work. I don't see any holes

This is similar to the Griggs Hydrosonics devices that uses a shearing
of water against water to produce more heat than the energy required to
shear the water. The Russian YUSMAR device by Dr. Potapov also claims a
similar O/U effect by a high velocity flow of water through a vortex.
There is a slick animation of the YUSMAR somewhere but I don't recall
the URL, it is listed in either the http://keelynet.com/index96.htm or
the http://keelynet.com/index97.htm index pages.
