Yes, now that you mention it, Cook did write a wonderful book on this
subject....and I have a copy, just forgot about it...I'm pretty sure the
ITS sells it http://www.tesla.org and ask to get a catalog or
booklist....that's where I bought mine (at one of their conferences).
Anyone interested in inertial drives should have a copy of it for sure.

Thanks for the inside info about Cook. He's been on the scene since his
original publication in 1977 and it's a shame he is not getting the
credit and backing he surely deserves. That may change...
