Consider; if aether flows into mass (the effect called 'gravity) at a
rate that is based on its density to produce 'weight'.
The mass aggregate of any body/object is composed of countless sub
components, each of which has its own neutral center to source (suck in)

Keep in mind, aether is an all pervasive PRESSURE pushing into all mass.
You can get 'caught in the flow' of heavier objects because they have a
stronger localized aether influx....like Bruce dePalmas claim that
watches are affected by close proximity to very heavy spinning masses.
I think the effect is called 'matter waves'.
Just as the mind will allow you to control one finger (true mind over
matter) or one leg, or one small muscle twitch, it is possible you could
extend your mental control to other objects (Keely called it the
'sympathetic attendant' that was controlled by the 'cerebellic field').
If you've seen the video of Nelya Kulagina and other people who can move
inanimate matter by willing it, would it be possible to open a 'suction
channel' into a specific group of neutral centers, so that the flow of
aether/gravity TOWARDS those centers could be intensified to pull or push
other masses?
What is happening, by producing the increased energy flow towards the
hand, the proximal mass becomes 'caught in the pressurized aether flow'
to be literally sucked toward the hand.
As with Keely's reductionist view of push, pull or balance (stated
otherwise in the language of his day), you could influence either to make
it move towards and object, away from an object or to hold an object into
space by BALANCING the two opposing forces....just so.
Example; place something easy to move near your hand but not touching,
say 2 to 5 inches away....concentrate on the hand, willing the neutral
centres that compose the hand to open up (like a diaphragm or bathtub
drain) to allow a faster flow of aether. This would increase the weight
of the hand through the 'gravity/aether' connection.
If you succeed, the increased aether flow would produce a tube of suction
that would be directed towards the object you are trying to move, causing
it to be 'caught in the flow' of the aether...
Such an effect would also produce weight changes in a sensitive
scale...those changes would be dependent on the amount of aether that
flows into the mass neutral centers.
