I thought Gerald and June Orlowski were the nicest people...he was
extremely open with the information about the Rory Johnson motor and did
an excellent presentation at a 3 years or so back INE meeting in Denver.
Unfortunately, I understand he was not able to make a working model. In
the papers he sent me he said he had figured out a way to make the engine
run without the need for the deuterium. I think this is a mistake, the
project should be as close to the original....copy the first one and
prove it to work before tinkering....but everyone has their own way of
doing things....
