Well, major mistake right off the bat, KeelEy (Keely) died in 1898 and
carried out no weather engineering experiments during his lifetime....the
man (Nelson) is referring to Wilhelm Reich.....doesn't bode well...
The rest of the page I had trouble getting through since it looks like it
was all Faxed up as .gifs....he is claiming a non-radioactive cold fusion
process....betcha can't buy one.....
