CPU Slow Down

Has anyone experienced a slow down with their CPU's. After that
multiple transmission of the Disney DPAM yesterday, my cpu is running in
molassas. Now I have to figure what kind of subroutine is runnung and
eating of capability/capacity. Any one else suffer a similar problem?
