Hi Folks!

This Whirlpool idea of tapping into the precession effect from
gravitational wobble and frame dragging smacks so clearly of David
Hamel, John Searl, Victor Schauberger and the Clem engine that I'm kind
of amazed at this point. From his diagrams, it looks like the vortex
moving through a donut shape at high velocity yet not actually touching
it, will exert a kind of inertial mass effect that will cause the
doughnut fluid to move on its own. Just rambling as this is new to me
at this point, but quite interesting. Hal Puthoff should love this idea
of tapping into frame dragging for power...
