Hi Jean-Louis!

Not an April Fools joke eh?...<g>.....

Beautiful work and presentation..I give you a grade of;
Grade Reason
A for grasp of technical concept
A- for presentation - page is a bit crowded & intermixed fonts
F+ because static charge will not sustain a useful load as proven
by Brown

Cool video though....<g>....a guy named Larry (can't remember his last
name) from Amarillo, Texas built this about 3 years ago and demonstrated
it at the INE conference...he used Tupperware and aluminum foil...his
also showed a thrust on a saucer shape mounted on a pylon....not much
thrust but the effect is proven....an ion motor by any other name.

We should note, this IS AN ION MOTOR unless it can be re-tested in a
vacuum as Brown was supposed to have done in France.

The experiment we did in school involved a cardboard paper towel core,
with a coil of wire wound inside the tube and subjected to HiVDC, about
20KV as I recall...it put off a definite wind, not much but present
nonetheless as could feel it blowing against your face and smell the
ozone.

Erroneous claim of using Tesla coil for Ion Motor when in fact it is a
Newtonian spinner where high voltage streams off like a flow of water to
drive it (in my opinion not TECHNICALLY a TRUE Ion Motor);
