Just a small comment.
Bismuth and mercury have one thing in common. They have a very small
temperature differential between fluid and gas. The main difference is that
mercury does it at 600 degree fahrenheit and bismuth at 2000 degrees which
is too hard to utilise.
I have stuck to mercury because of this and no doubt the electrical
potentials will be the same as both compounds seem to have a structure that
permits the free exchange of electrons.

Energy manipulation for electrical or magnetic effects rely on the accurate
positioning with regards to angles. It appears that coils work the way they
do because they incorporate every possible angle if wound circular, but if
wound angular, they work more efficient without a need for ferrite cores
and able to utilise the earth resonance.This is why the likes of Hubbard
found a way to position angular coils so they would sustain each other
because of the reaction delay between them, the collapsing field of a coil
comes after the energising so in fact only one pulse should be required to
keep the movement going.
He claimed that he could energise his gadget very quickly and it would run
on it's own until accidently shorted out or as in his case, his probably
solid iron core overheated killing the magnetic resonance after 20 minutes.
The Hans Coler papers show his stromzeuger to do just that too. He mucks
around until the coils start to resonate from one to the other and slowly
increases the distance between them to increase the delay and so obtaining
more powerful oscillations which in turn produce more Harmonics? ready to
be rectified into current.
As you see all free energy effects are either too feeble to really get
going or if someone flukes it, the mechanical heating effect interferes
with the expected result.
This is why I am sure that U.F.O.' do rotate at fast rates which is
originally set in motion by either an on board engine or a battery storage
or possibly a battery powered ion generator by which they create a vacuum
over the top which rotates in sympathy with the dome on the top and crates
a vortex underneath.
Photos's where dust is thrown up show them to be riding on the top of a
small tornado.
Victor Schauberger's device claims that air currents 160 times the original
can be crated by steering air into a vortex and that is how he obtained his
energy.
Now this is the opposite of vaccuum energy which we are all looking for.
vacuum appears to be created as a result of fast moving air and not fast
air because of the vacuum.
When you look at a tornado, the air start moving a long way off and is fed
warm air from the outer regions and forced into a circular pattern because
the hot air rises to tremendous heights forming a low pressure region near
the earth surface which needs to be filled. Tornado's can take weeks to
develop. The power required to move the air mass to speed is tremendous and
gives rise to massive elecrical discharges which should give us a clear
clue to where free energy is able to be manufactured.
Spinning air, spinning fluids must spin with internal differential speeds
and the shear action will create electrical phenomina.
I am thinking of spinning mercury into two opposing directions by creating
two discs with spirals cut in them and subjecting them to a spirally
positioned row of permanent magnets. This should exite enough electrons to
be unstable and fly to the outside to be fed back into the centre via a load.
As mentioned before, give upstairs a nudge and all sorts of drivel appears
and better stop.
