Magnetic Loop EMP generator theory: a device creates an intense magnetic
field using a single silver loop wire and a large capacitor bank. once the
mag field is induced, it is directed in a direction by use of a large coil /
loop waveguide setup. this waveguide can either be a large coil of wire, ie
40ga at 10 pound spool energized at 30kv...or a single or multi loop silver
coil...both set up perpendicular to the initial loop. this device should be
able to direct an emp loop at a specific target and cause considerable
