Sorry for preceeding double post. Excite mail acting up again. What I
mean by a special AC input is the same thing that is obtained in conditions
of conjugate or mirror image resonance interaction that occurs in what I
named as a binary resonant system contained at

The advantage of using a high voltage pulse that immediately reduces to
nothing has always seemed somewhat impractical, however given enough time
this supposed impracticality might serve a very important purpose to achieve
dielectric alignment prior to electyrolysis to increase the overall
efficiency. HDN
