I have a problem with many so called invention patents. The problem
being is that they are trying to get a monopoly on an idea and not on
the product.
To many times you read of fantastic claims only to find that the
product is not workable. They are hoping to have someone else find the
solutions only to find it never reaches the market because of these
parasites that want money just because of an idea. Lets face it, a
patent if for a workable product that someone has spent significant
moneies to come to market, not for jerks tring to pigyback a free ride
on the significant inovators. We here have heard all the time about
someone who has a great product and someone else sues because of
infringment on a idea.
Sorry if I ruffled some feathers, but this seniero is to common and
just kills any meaniful technologies comming to common use..
