I saw it first time and I was surprised about analogies with my own
experiment of 1995-1996 that was presented on the congress New Ideas in
Natural Sciences, St.-Petersburg, 1996.
I have video tape and now I'll try to convert it into video file for web
demonstration. I use small generator, battery powered 10V and the
current was about 1 A.
When the arc (electric discharge) is "on" the power input goes down and
the power output (small lamp indication) goes up.
My conclusion is different from Chernetsky's one. Power is taken from
the electric field since in the arc (electric discharge) the electrons
are accelerated by electrical potential field and this additional
kinetic energy is "free energy".
I need people who are interested to repeat Chernetsky's results.
