who had wrote the FBI. In these documents it appears many people
are writing asking about the papers in his safe because the book
Prodigal Genuis states the FBI had them removed. However it was
a different agency:Office of Alien Property;Dept of Justice that
impounded these effects, and all of these replies to individuals
telling them this fact have all the names blacked out so we cannot
know for certain in this instance wrote this very knowledgable
assesment. What surprises me is the fact that numerous newspaper
clippings appear years after his death; did some one from the FBI stick
these in? This person on pg 113 goes on to tell that Great Britain had
once considered purchasing Teslas defensive system before WW2
for 30,000,000. I havent read that before. Our mystery man goes on:

This condition acts as a trigger which may cause the total energy of
the powerful longer wave to be discharged in a infinitisimally small
interval of time and at a proportionally tremendously rate of energy
movement which cannot confine itself to the metal circuit and is
released into surrounding space with inconcievable violence.

It is but a step from learning how high frequency currents can
explosively discharge a lower frequency current to using the principle
to design a system in which these explosions can be produced on
intent. The following process appears a possible one but no evidence
is available that it is the one Tesla evolved. An oscillator such as used
in Colorado Springs is set into operation at a frequency to which a given
warship is resonant. {3/4 wavelength producing 3 stationary waves on
length of ship} The complex structure of the ship would provide a great
number of spots in which electrical oscillations will be set up of a much
higher frequency than those coursing through the ship as a whole. These
parasitic currents will react on the main current causing the production of

fireballs which by their explosions will destroy the ship, even more
effectively than the explosion of the magazine which would also take place.
A second oscillator may be used to convey the shorter wavelength current.

Looking back on page 111 we see that this document was chapter 34:
Tesla tries to prevent WW2 Pretty strange stuff HDN
