This file was subject to the >F bug which though being received by
everyone in the list, did not record in the Archive, so I am reposting
it without the F so we will have a record of it.

ELFRAD: "near-lunar" signal data update and interesting new observation:

"You will notice that the .9 hz signal is not detectable on Saturdays or
Sundays. Even though the moon's distance is fairly close to the
wavelength, the data indicates there is no known relationship of the
signal's wavelength and the distance of the earth to the moon. The
frequency of the unknown remains constant with a center frequency of
..9373 hz. This appears to be a controlled signal transmitted from an
unknown source at approximately the same time daily except weekends."
