OSC SG 1524 Oscillator.. is just a Pulse on/off circuit. Use a good sharp
dual one shot timer, or maybe a 555 timer hooked into a flip flop to square
up the output and provide Q and ~Q outputs. That is your beat bet.. use
Schottky fast F/F also.. as rise and fall rates are important (1ns).

Love to see that thing work... but no luck yet!
