Many years ago I read a Swiss book called "Zentraler Oszillator und Raum-
Quanten-Medium" (Central Oscillator and Space Quantum Medium) written
by the late scientist Oliver Crane. This book is a comprehensive study on the true nature of
magnetism and electricity as well as relativity theory and cosmology. His studies and work is
continued today by RQM
(Raum-Quanten-Motoren - Space Quantum Motors). This firm claims to have invented a device
capable of producing an output more than 8 times the input of energy.

The device is patented (patent # CH 687 428 A5) and consists of a number of concentric coils
influenced by a certain combination of dc currents and dc pulses.

According to the theories, the SQM fills everything even the so-called empty space and by
attenuating and condensing this space quantum medium (ether) at an appropriate frequency,
energy can be extracted at certain zones. Oliver Crane claims this is possible by virtue of a
combination of permanent magnets and variable magnets. This way, it is possible to extract many
Amperes of energy based upon a low voltage input. I understand that
the attenuation creates a vacuum that is immediately filled by SQM and
by condensing the same area of space an excess of SQM is created, thereby
facilitating the energy surplus.

As I understand the blueprint annexed to the patent, one or more of the coils are placed in the
zones where energy, according to the theories, is released.

I have found the RQM company at http://www.rqm.ch

As to the book, however, it is only available in German. The particulars are as follows:
