in to be converted to something useful like perfect manure for the garden!

My mind went like this:

I then hear about ferrite rubber which magnetic field north south across
the thickness, like your refridgerator seal.
The following messages were: someone trying to obtain a method to direct
electromagnetic waves.
I then looked up a book in my possesion where I read about the creation of
magic wells by the miracle people all over the world (supposedly messengers
from God)and these being put on spots where the magnetic fields converge.(
By the way I don't think they are up to any good, we are nbeing conditioned. )
Someone was talking about frequencies of trillions which are supermind
frequencies generated by the brain.
A question about the 4th dimension which is time.
Ufo's make people loose time and also hold them in suspended animation when
they want to.
So here goes.
Take a sheet of ferrite rubber 27" long and form into a tube 2" internal
diameter.
Make another tube 18 " long to fit snugly over the first one so it can slide.
Put them over each other with the North poles facing each other.
In the back of the 27" tube put a transmitter transmitting a single
frequency being the reciprocal of the
frequency of oxygen.
Direct this frequency to a coil set back 12 " from the front of the
27"tube.The coil to run the same way as the tube. Robert said the coil had
5 turns and was quite thick, probably a hollow tube.
18" into the tube put a parabolic mirror shielded at the back with 4 sheets
of rubber made of 6"diameter sheets with the north or South poles glued
together.(to protect the operator.)
Light her up and direct the beam which will be coherent because the
magnetic fields opposing each other in the sheets of rubber will not allow
any to escape. Direct on fire and should put it out. The sliding 18" tube
will be making the beam narrow or wide. When wide everything back to normal
and the fire should light up again if you want to.
Time can be manipulated because it is an electromagnetic phenomina we
cannot see or feel but are subjected to just the same because all matter in
our continuum is governed by a single frequency overriding all others.
This just so happens to be hydrogen, the originator of all matter (see
cosmos and constitution of same.
