Regarding yes or no and question of FE
If the question is supposedly asked from the universal mind, the answer
will never be yes.
What ever we think happens, there is no free lunch.
Ask the question " Can I borrow FE and then ask question as to how, you
probably get a yes all the way.
Looking at the mathematical precision with which matter behaves, creation
cannnot work without rules and we have a fair idea what the rules are: So
far have found even with Joe's cell that precision is what governs results.
