Hi Jerry at all:

Thanks for your rather good article on weather ingeneering. I also witness
the magnet box at work and have seen some of Mr Constable videos
productions on the subject. So I have no doubt about the phenomenon. Also
a friend of mine related an experiment made using one of Peter Kelly's
radionic device (the gray analyzer). It went something like this; a big
weather system was forcasted and was entering the province of Quebec. But
fair weather was needed to complete a some construction work (a roof was
being redone if memory serves well). A polaroid picture of a map of Quebec
was put in the well of the machine and some rates were dowsed for dry
weather. Once the rates started to be broadcasted the weather system
litterally turned at more the right angle and went around the province of
Quebec. From heavy rains broadcasted to hardly any cloud seen in the sky,
the coincidence was apparently too hard an explanation for the phenomenon.
