Okay well when you spin an object mass is
thrown outwards,
and this is centrifical force. If on that
spin, you took it
and gave it a secondary spin, at ninty
degrees to it, in
other words if you had a spinning
coin-rolling so to
speak...

and as it was spinning, flipped it
end over end, the
momentum of the first spin would be added
to
momentum of the first spin would be
added to the momentum of
the second spin, and as these tow
movements equalled,
in velocity a third direction will have
been created that is
a 45 degree plane two the separate ninty
degree
planes.Because this third direction isn't
"real" ie its
composed of two separte directions moving
in unison, there
exists no centrifical force.

This is also a type of resonance.
