This is a small news article appearing in a local magazine here in
Boston called "Earth Star"..

SOLAR CELLS CONVERTS WATER INTO HYDROGEN

"Solar power may soon be used to make hydrogen. John Turner and Oscar
Khasler of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Colorado have
built a solar cell that breaks water into hydrogen and oxygen instead of
producing electricity. Hydrogen is an attractive fuel option because
water is it's only waste product after burning."
