Groundwater Pollution and Vortex filtration

Hi Folks!

This is a rather disconcerting report about gasoline additives winding
up in our water tables;

http://www.cnn.com/TECH/science/9806/03/california.water/

and in storm runoff and groundwater;

I know most of the bottled water that many of us drink is supposed to be
highly filtered and cleansed....a few years ago, Walter Baumgartner was
selling a Schauberger type of water energizer for about $300.00.

It was basically an egg shape with the pointed end fitting into a
storage chamber...water was squirted in at the top at a specific angle
and as it circulated in this centripetal, charging spiral, it was
thought the zeta potential was significantly increased.

zeta potential - capacity of water to hold electrical energy measured as
surface tension, believed to be based on an enfolded collodial structure
having a large surface area in a small physical space, kind of like a
torus having more surface area than a sphere of the same diameter)...

This egg-shaped device was about 8-10" wide and could fit on a
countertop or in a refrigerator so the water would be chilled...there
seems to be a connection with centripetally charged water and cold,
possibly linked to the Biblical comment about 'treasures of the snow and
hail'.

Our friend James Hartman posted this URL back in 1997 showing how you
can build one of these for yourself in the 'Centripete' form...possibly
a peltier junction cooling device would keep the water chilled as it was
spun around so you could leave it on a countertop or a desk;

I think something like this might sell for those who would rather buy
one pre-made....the URL shows that the vortex seems to filter the fluid
but other methods could be used either reverse osmosis, carbon,
diatomaceous earth, even UV and ozone bubbling would make it even
better...perhaps someone already has this on the market...I know a
couple of people who filter water big time and sell it as bottled water,
I'd rather have my own unit...
