Hi Jerry,
The latest is I've just spoken to Tony Binns the
inventor. I am told that he has a working model
and the plans are with the Defence Evaluation and
Research Agency. He is waiting for their report
on his ideas before going for full publicity.
His contact has been away with flue but is now
back at his desk. The report is due out tomorrow
(Tuesday 19th) or the next day.
When he has it he is going to go public. There
are conflicting reports from other contacts that
he has not got a working model, but on balance I
believe that he has - I think???? Any way we'll
soon know. I'll let as many people as possible
know what is happening as soon as I know.
