Here is a pretty slick page on what both hot and cold fusion, it has
plenty of links to give you an idea of what is claimed and what has been
done. The animation at the top is neat but I don't think it would
actually work because the heat and cool water would simply balance out
via the water, result, no thrust...check out the page at;
