A way to generate Torsion Fields?

Hi Folks!

For the past few years, there has been a lot of talk about Russian
research into Torsion Fields. I haven't gotten a handle on them but
they sound an awful lot like spin waves. This URL was posted to vortex
and it seems to offer some insights;
---------

http://www.eskimo.com/~billb/freenrg/tors/spin1.html
Claims it generates a torsion field beam.

---------
There was also a comment in a recent post, don't remember where, that
torsion fields, if applied to computing, would result in computers far
more complex than anything we could begin to realize.

That has also been the claim with photon, atomic, biological and
spectral (multiple color wavelengths for longer bits, instead of 8, 16,
32, 64 bit 'words' we could have 1024 and much higher bit 'words')
computers. We'll see what filters down to hardware.
