Dropas and the Lolladoff disc

Hi Folks!

Does anyone know about this? I remember reading that these Dropas had
discs that looked like phonograph records and that some Chinese professor
had found out how to decypher them....I have a file on it somewhere...have
to dig it out, it was called Tibetdisc.
