Norm, this is very interesting. I would be interested to know the
period of these rhythms. In my experience all waves are modulated by
larger waves. Sometimes the modulation is very slight and at other
times it is like switching on and off. Clearly the phenomena that you
have studied are in the extreme end of variation which can easily lead
people to confusion or to doubting results.

I have also found that the frequencies of modulations are generally
harmonically related to the frequency of the thing being modulated.
This applies to many things, from galactic supercluster modulation of
galaxy distances to harmonically related cycles that modulate
sharemarket cycles and right on down to the atomic level.

There is a heap of solid evidence also on cosmic influences on
biological, chemical, physical and atomic variations. The work of
Piccardi in chemistry, Tanaka and others in regard to human blood and
Russian researchers under Shnol' with regard to radioactivity are worth
mentioning.

It is a fact that the rate at which human blood precipitates, as
measured for thousands of samples every day all over the world, show
major fluctuations that have cosmic origins (mainly the sun). Even the
rate of decay of plutonium shows variations that are correlated at
distances of 1000 km apart and I have found 3 and 6 minute cycles in
this data that has been confirmed as being present throughout 11 years
of continuous measurements.

Norm (and others), I would be VERY interested in receiving any
information about fluctuations in output of devices that might show
periodicity or associations with cosmic events. It is also important to
know the frequencies present in the devices when these things happened.
There is often an association which will be totally unobvious to anyone
not fully conversant with the harmonics theory.

For example, what causes the chemical composition of the planets?
Standard theory says that they all come from supernova remnants and that
there is a slight variation due to the solar wind blowing the light
elements further away. That is part of the story but does not explain
why Venus has short lived isotopes present that the earth doesn't have.

Neither does it explain why the layers of the earth are dominated by
N14 (atmosphere), Si28 (crust, with O16) and Fe56 (core) while the sun
and giant planets are H1, D2 and He4 on the inside. Note the repeated
doubling of masses. Note also that the earth masses are 14 times those
of the gas giants. Note also that the inner planets are in orbits that
are 14 or 28 times smaller than the gas giants. Is this coincidence?
If it is, then there are further coincidences relating these things to
exactly matching solar oscillation periods.

It is the waves associated with these orbits which explain the chemical
composition of the planets. I can calculate these things out, and for
those working with energy devices the processes are very closely related
to the above. Subtle energy waves (in this case planetary distance
waves) can influence highly energetic waves (in this case the production
of isotopes inside the earth).

Applying these principles to energy devices can resolve the consistency
problems and also lead to optimising experimental conditions -
frequencies, sizes, materials etc.
