Hi Chuck!

Damn, I just responded to him and forgot to cc you....well, nothing you
don't know already....he sent me an email saying he was a close friend of
Tom Bearden so that makes him cool in my book....he said Tom knew someone
who recently got a patent for a zpe tap device, so I suggested it was Ken
Shoulders with his 86 page patent back in about 1992....brilliant
patent...and he actually SAYS he gets ZPE from his charge cluster
technology....you can do a lookup at the IBM patent server...bottom box on
the main.htm page of KeelyNet....just type Ken Shoulders and it will show
about 8 patents, most dealing with charge clusters, he calls them EVs for
'electro validium' clusters...where electrons which normally repel from
each other are forced to clump together like grapes into what he calls
'charge clusters'..

Video monitors, TVs and such all use magnetic or electrostatic fields to
direct the path of high speed electrons emitted by the electron gun at the
back of the picture tube, that's why they use high voltage (30,000 to
50,000 volts in the flyback transformer)....so these electrons are through
off and move with high velocity to strike the phosphors on the picture
tube, causing them to glow for a second or two, so the picture is painted
by single electrons, like water droplets splattering at specific locations
of the tube. When the electron is on, it causes a dot, when it is off, the
dot remains dark....now color is another matter entirely...

ANYWAY, I digress....Ken found that these charge clusters when clumped as
they are, hold a tremendous amount of power, so when you throw them at
something, they literally EXPLODE to release all kinds of very intense and
localized energy.

Ken has found that the 'dirt' signature produced by cold fusion spectral
analysis almost exactly matches the spectral signature of the 'dirt' he
sees after a charge cluster collision in pure material. It was a pleasure
to hear his presentation at the low level energy conference that Dr.
Bockris put on a couple of years ago...I thought he has now explained it,
but I don't hear much of anything about it in the cold fusion documents
I've read. Seems like he ruffled a lot of feathers....you'd really like
Ken, neat guy, bizarre sense of humor and he has little patience for free
energy type claims...can't blame him, way too much fluff, but he will
listen and offer good advice when cornered....<g>...

Anyway, I shared some info on Casimir cells and other stuff with Richard
and asked if his zpe tapping patent had been assigned yet, if so, could he
give me the patent so we could all study it....will await his response and
share it if constructive..<g>..
