About the list archive saying waiting 1st post to begin archiving...I
just clicked on it and it had apparently been in the process of adding
the latest email to the list, appending and reindexing the archive, so
that seems to be what is going on when you see this message..
Kind of like a Microsoft 'general fault' message that is not specific as
to the nature of the fault....so just try again later after it has added
the newest posts and you'll get into it...
