Hello,
About a month and a half ago I order 4 booklets dealing with increasing
milage for carbureted vehicles from Eagle Research. They seem fairly well
written but do require someone who has the ability to understand technical
things and who can build things without having a parts list and the exact
drawing in front of them (shouldn't be a problem here). I did read a complaint
about his booklets on the carbs though. J Bruce McBurney
(http://www.inett.com/himac/) didn't feel that the methods George was using
were the best way to do it, however I think that they can work. George has some
interesting ideas and the ones that I have been trying are relitively
inexpensive. I guess that it is like anything. Don't get all your info from one
source, and remember that everything may not be correct (be optimistic but
don't believe without a solid base). as far as ordering goes I had one booklet
that came through with pages missing and when I sent it back I got a correct
one very promptly, so feel safe sending them your money as you will get your
info within a week to a week and a half. Hope this helps!
