I started this a few days ago, was going to polish it, but synchronicity
hit me
Do not get down on yourself! Remember that your quest for free energy,
better health, and a better quality of life is a worthy endeavor.
At some point we all start searching and this usually is due to a
dissatisfaction with the status quo. It seems, though, most of the
struggle is to get the inner attitude straight.
The first time I ran into an Edgar Cacye book I was blown over. But I
also found out that such good information was not accepted. I think we
should be practical and use whatever tools are available to our
advantage, oh well.
Then I read some of Ruth Montgomery's books. By then I had chosen
engineering as a career path and many of the technological references
that popped up in her writings made perfect sense. But conventional
schooling did not provide the tools or any way to realize some of the
marvelous devices that were described.
A classic Montgomery book "Threshold to Tomorrow" copywrite 1982, ISBN
0-449-20182-1 was full of good stuff. She discussed a "returning soul"
who was developing a solar-magnetic-field energy project by the name of
Bjorn Ortenheim.
It has all the classic free energy inventor evaporation scenario
though. A theory based on the Earth's gravitational force not being
gravitation but a local form in the universal magnetic field.
He saw a relation ship between gravitation and cosmic magnetic fields.
That our sun's rays can release a certain energy in a magnetic field and
that a third new power is created that is stronger than the magnetic
field. He also had seen many UFO's and per his theory they utilized the
Universal Magnetic Field as a power source then generated a reverse
field to maneuver. Also he stated that the UMF could be tapped at
certain frequencies, shades of Keely!
He patented an energy recycling method used in electric vehicles

Abstract
In order to drive an electrically operated vehicle provided with an
electric drive motor supplied with energy by a plurality of rechargeable
batteries carried by the vehicle, in a manner to achieve high electric
power utilization efficiency, the feed voltage for the driving motor is
increased in steps by successive connection of a progressively
increasing number of batteries in series with the driving motor, a
load-dependent steady state of the motor corresponding to each feed
voltage and to a constant rate of motor rotation, and the batteries are
switched to provide a lower feed voltage when the motor, and thus also
the vehicle, has achieved a selected steady state, at which time the
driving motor, due to the dynamic inertia of the moving vehicle, acts as
a generator which changes the batteries until the voltage generated by
the motor acting as a generator drops to the lower feed voltage value,
whereby a large portion of the energy used for propelling the vehicle is
recovered.

This at least is some proof that he exixted.
The theory of a universal magnetic field is very appealing. It is a
nice fit philosophically and physically. By pulsing a magnetic field at
certain magic frequencies you can create a anti-gravitational field,
sounds familiar. When I first hit the references to Keely and Rife and
Russell it was very Celistine.
Orteinheim was also working on a healing pyramid in Hawaii during the
time the book was being written in the early 80's but then he moved back
to Sweden for a better metaphysical connection to his source.
Synchronicity is most perplexing though. There was a recent discussion
of pyramids and of a Swedish scientist named Kellior
and shape power well as part of Orteinheim's studies he had time to
review Kellior's original papers.
One other comment, have been looking at Russel's ideas on the web and he
mentioned the positive spiral and the negative spiral of energy. This
seem to fit in with the aether discussion quite nicely. An observation
