Rolf Schaffranke (Rho Sigma) in his book, Ether Technology, had an
interesting idea about ufo type craft. He has a drawing in the book
showing a toroid shaped craft.
The idea was this toroid would function like a smoke ring, using either
high voltage or high density magnetic feilds flowing around the rim of
the craft. Rho thought aether could be entrained by rapidly moving
energy to cause a suction from the top to blow out at the bottom. This
would lift the shift. Propulsion was by tilting the ship towards the
direction you wanted to move.
The integrity and duration of a smoke ring is directly related to how
fast the smoke rotates around the outside ring. The Nazi's developed a
'wind cannon' using these smoke rings, claiming they could make a torus
from air alone, that would knock down a brick wall at 2 miles distance.
So how can we use this? Perhaps make a fixed smoke ring that would drive
a turbine from the aether sucked in and projected from the center of the
ring? Townsend Brown said he found certain elements/compounds (bismuth,
antimony, lead oxide) that responded to gravity more readily than others.
Maybe using these materials as the material of for the turbine or as
vanes for the impeller, might increase its response to this aether flow.
