The idea was to have a velocity-modulated excitation propulsion system with
impulses applied to a tunnable ultra-high frequencies in the tube as a
resonant cavity accelerates the electron flow. Outside the tube the sum and
the differance between the tube cavity applied to the external metal disc/grid
system will move particles "perhaps produce waveguides" in spacefields or
ions in atmospheric conditions dependant of the applied frq. However, I am
not sure this configuration will work. I was going to drop the idea.
However, I posted it to see if Keelyneters believe it has any hope.
