While I am not a big supporter of "Edmund Scientific" they do offer a
good mixed bag of sci.stuff In particular they offer a clear plastic
cylinder with a hollow core partially filled with iron fillings so that
it is easy to see the filings response to a magnet passed through the
center they also are a source for gausmeters ,magnets and viewing films
but seem a bit over priced to me. check them out at www.edsci.com
