As far as white gas goes, I heard you can still get it. There is a
company that makes small jet engines for RC aircraft. They say to burn
white gase which they say Coleman fuel. Looks like camping types have
had white gas all along. Don't know what it costs per gallon/pint.
Probably not cheap.
