The terms can be modified but they still work as;

NO ONE has a working Moray device or design therefore his circuit is
TOTALLY open to interpretation and design....so if anyone came up with a
working device on the very, VERY tiny bit of information that is known
about the Moray device, then hell, I'll be happy to pony up a
case....
I've heard the term 'desparate' applied to some who claim a working
device, then it doesn't work, after they've gotten all this attention
(which they LOVE), so they become DESPARATE to find something new that
will draw interest back to them...in other words, claims BEGET
claims...<g>...
