Hold a sec:
Perrault is modelling his device on Moray's (which has been influenced to
some degree by Tesla). Therefore, on a strict interpretation of the
conditions I can't win because Moray has already built a working device in
the 1930s. In any event it automatically breaches cl 2 because it originates
with Tesla or Moray, not Perrault.
